The latest buzz at the Evince labs is the release of Evince Recruitment Portal, "Evince RP" as a standalone service/product. Customers have the option to buy the application and add to their corporate website or host with Evince as a hosted service.
The feature set of both hosted service or product deployment include the following:
- CV uploading
- Enterprise search
- Search through the text of uploaded CVs and through online forms
- CV filtering by qualifications and custom filter actions
- Job posting
- CV filtering based on job postings
- Swift elimination e.g. Eliminate candidates who have not completed NYSC (Reverse filtering)
- Job alert notification/subscription
Recruitment portal by Evince also features native integration with Oxus HR and Payroll System. You can create internal job postings from Oxus and publish it online from a single mouse click. You can also download selected candidate information directly into Oxus HR to start the induction process for a new staff.
The principal targets of the application are recruitment agencies and corporate HR departments.
