This week, the engineers at Evince Systems released v2.2 of the venerable Oxus HR and Payroll Suite. This is a minor release featuring bug fixes, and significant optimization to the payroll formula algorithm fondly called kraphtstan.
In addition, this release comes with a number of intelligent reports as requested by our clients, including:
- Variance Reports: Compare your current payslip report with previous ones. This shows the records of staff movement, changes in emoluments and many more.
- Spreadsheet reports: A generate excel spreadsheet of generated payroll. This includes the employee names and IDs, the gross, net and each item of the payroll.
- Time and attendance sheet based payroll integration. With this feature, you can monitor unathorised leave of absence, track on an excel template and upload into Oxus HR. This feature is multisite and an optional template is available directly in Oxus HR. Deductions can be assigned to unathorised leave by levels.
- Location/Unit filtering: You can filter and generate reports off your payroll system by organizational unit. In Oxus, Units include locations, departments etc and are dynamically generated.
Prior to v2.2, the payroll reports bundles with Oxus HR include pension fund administration schedules, bank schedules, payroll histories, variance reports and many more.
